Fresh aromas of blackberry, ripe plum and vanilla. Plum and vanilla carry into the palate with hints of cherries and baking spices. Enjoy this wine with classic dishes such as roast with carrots, and potatoes or more exotic fare like grilled pheasant with bacon.
Cabernet Franc 2016
Hints of vanilla and oak balance subtle Rainier cherry flavors. Pair with pizza Margherita, roasted chicken, hearty BBQ beef or delicate stuffed quail.
Texas Duet 2016
Light-bodied with just the right amount of crispness. Tropical aromas of guava and papaya. Citrus flavors of pumelo are tempered by white apricot. Pair with smoked gruyere, smoked salmon on crackers with chive cream cheese, mushroom pizza with white sauce and spinach.
Sweet Duet 2016
Texas Duet, for the sweet tooth! Aromas of ginger and sweet pea flowers. Flavors of nectarine and blood orange. Pair with sesame ginger salad, butternut squash soup with ginger, spicy dragon roll sushi with plenty of wasabi.
