Join us in the vineyard for another wine and a movie! This time it will be The Earth is Mine, a 1959 drama starring Rock Hudson. Set in beautiful wine country, the plot is as follows: "In 1931, Elizabeth Rambeau comes from England to live in California with her aunt and uncle of a wine-making dynasty, who are still wealthy despite 12 years of Prohibition." Kenny has facilitated over 700 events and has worked all over DFW and the Chicago area with yoga studios medical facilities including such as Cancer Treatment Centers of America. The physical sound & vibration of the gong is powerful and soothing, invigorating and relaxing. Gong meditations are becoming more and more popular as the need to de-stress becomes more apparent in our society. Attendees are amazed at the vast range of sound that a gong produces, and often comment about the powerful meditative effect. Please wear comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat.
