ENTRÉE: POLLO PORTOBELLO:Roasted Breast of Chicken topped with Portobello Mushroom Ragout, Melted Swiss, and a Roasted Garlic-Chipotle Cream served with Saffron Rice Pilaf and Roasted Lemon Scented Asparagus
