Join Lost Oak Winemaker Jim Evans for this delicious four-course dinner prepared by Awesome Catering at the beautiful Lost Oak Winery Event Center. Each course is carefully paired with Lost Oak Winery wines which Jim will discuss at the presentation of each course throughout the evening. Dine while listening to tasty live jazz guitar by Dave Lincoln.

~ Award-winning beef sliced carpaccio over spinach salad, topped with lemon and olive oil and fresh Parmesan cheese ~ paired with award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon
~ Smoked Pork chop topped with sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and spinach cream sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans almondine ~ paired with silver award-winning Tempranillo
~ Creme Brulee with a dash of flamed orange liquor ~ paired with double gold award-winning Orange Muscat
