We had so much fun at the last very informative and DELICIOUS "A Night with the Chef" cooking class, we are doing it again!
Join us for a hands-on cooking demonstration with Chef and Lost Oak Wine Club Member Scott Michael Dougherty. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA Scott graduated from Johnson & Wales University, Norfolk, VA in 1994 with a Culinary degree. With 31 years of culinary experience, Scott is experienced in home style and regional cuisine, hotel catering and fine dining, corporate catering and café dining, menu planning and costing, kitchen operations and design.
Scott will provide recipes, show us how to prepare the dish, and pair it with Lost Oak Wines. Menu:
Appetizer: Seared Ahi Tuna with Bruschetta & Avocado
Soup: Cannellini Bean & Kale Soup
Entree: Balsamic braised chicken with caramelized onion tomato, quinoa & brown rice pilaf, grilled asparagus
Dessert: Black Forest Cake Balls
