Tastings
Everyday we are open, you can taste wine. If you are bringing a party of 10 or more, please call in advance. If you are considering a small birthday party, shower, etc., see this link. Otherwise, there is no reservation required. You can taste five wines for $5 but the fee is waived with a purchase.
Guided Tour
The walking vineyard and winery tour is oftentimes given by the President - microbiologist turned winemaker and vintner. He is very dedicated to his work and will take you through the ins and outs of what to do (and not to do) in grape growing in Texas. You will learn about Pierce's Disease, a current struggle, irrigation, specific varietals that grow well in Texas amongst other things. You also have a chance to visit the wine making operations, get a complimentary taste of wine from the barrel or tank and learn about crush, fermentation, and specific challenges related to our wine making operations, a boutique winery undergoing extraordinary growth. After the tour, we will conduct a complimentary guided wine tasting of five wines of your choice ranging from sweet white wines like Sweet Moscato to big bold dry red wines such as Tempranillo.

Guided tours are given by appointment only at Noon and 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00 pm on Fridays. We realize tours are in high demand with our Groupon promotion. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule outside of regular tour times. Please Email us your preferred tour date and time at least a week in advance to schedule a tour on one of the days we are open (weather permitting) with a maximum of 16 people per tour. We'd love to host your group. The cost is $10 per person and we'll throw in the tasting complimentary. Plan for about one to one and a half hours, and wear comfortable shoes that can handle a gravel path and grassy terrain. We are handicap accessible!
Self-guided Tour
We also offer a Self-guided Vineyard Tour in case you'd like to walk the property at your own pace. Just ask us for a guide when you come in. This is free of charge and you don't have to schedule in advance.
Food
If you'd like to eat while hanging out, we offer Gourmet Cheese Board with a selection of five cheeses, three salamis and seasonal fruits to serve two. Salud!
