Join Us Every Thursday in January for  Winter Wine-down 

The holidays are over and now it is time to Wine-down. The best way to wine-down? Sip delicious Lost Oak wine and enjoy a gourmet cheese spread or Boar's Head products from the Tasting Room while listening to live music from 4:30 - 7:30 by a variety of local artists.  No cover charge.  No reservation needed.  Feel free to bring your own food and drink, or purchase from the Tasting Room, but please, per TABC regulations no outside alcohol.  And, as always on Thursdays, enjoy our Thirsty Thursday Happy Hour special: $5 wine by the glass*. As an extra bounus, Happy Hour will be starting at 4:00 duing the Winter Wine-down!  *No additional discounts apply to the Happy Hour wine-by-the-glass special.

Angela Chapman, WSET Level 3 Lost Oak Wine Educator will lead you in perfecting your own blend!  Learn the art of making the perfect blend while snacking on light appetizers.  Then have some fun making your own custom blend from an assortment of Lost Oak varietals.  Take lots of notes to take home with you so you remember what kind of blend you like.  

The good thing about being a winemaker is you get to taste on the job!  Purchase your ticket here.  Must have ticket to attend. A Magical Night at the Winery

Enjoy a magical evening of delicious dinner, live music, and and magic show!

North Texas' premier sleight of hand artist Braden Daniels leaves you breathless as you are taken on a fast-paced, fascinating and mind-blowing journey!  Enjoy a unique combination of magic, storytelling and improvisational comedy!   Audience participation throughout the show.

Braden has always had a passion for creating and performing magic.  His love for magic has taken him on a wonderful journey and he truly believes that great magic has the power to delight, astonish and inspire!  Braden performs regularly across the United States and is the creator of the Magic and Mystery Show performing at local theaters and event venues.

Before the magic show begins, enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner catered by Awesome Catering while listening to live music by the Dave Lincoln Duo. 12 hour hickory smoked brisket, smoked sausage and chicken thighs served with potato salad, smoked gouda mac and cheese, and relish tray (jalapenos, pickles, regular and spicy BBQ sauce).

Join Courtney as she leads us in this make and take class.  Learn how to decorate 5 cookies in class and take them home. She will also explain how to make the cookie dough, cut out and bake the cookies to perfection.  We provide everything: cookies, icing and take-home box, along with a great time!

No Valentine?  Let's WINE about it!
Grab your friends who are just as over it as you are, and set yourselves up for a night of non-romantic revelry. We will have a photo booth to capture the fun debauchery,

Music and food truck to be determined.

We will have some vendors out selling cosmetics, candles, and treats!

 And of course, we will have lots of wine ...  because you can't drink flowers!  Singles, couples and anyone over this holiday are welcome to come wine with us!

Open for President's Day

Mardi Gras Night at the Winery

It's Mardi Gras and we are celebrating in style at Lost Oak Winery!  

Live New Orleans style music on the patio with the David Washburn Band will get this party going! Come ready to dance!

Mac's Cajun Shack Food Truck will be out with their delicious, authentic cajun recipes! Lost Oak will have delicious cheese spreads and Boar's Head products that pair perfectly with Lost Oak Texas Wine for sale in the Tasting Room.  As always, feel free to bring your own food and drink, but please, per TABC regulations no outside alcohol.

We had so much fun at the last very informative and DELICIOUS "A Night with the Chef" cooking class, we are doing it again!  


Join us for a hands-on cooking demonstration with Chef and Lost Oak Wine Club Member Scott Michael Dougherty.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA Scott graduated from Johnson & Wales University, Norfolk, VA in 1994 with a Culinary degree.  With 31 years of culinary experience, Scott is experienced in home style and regional cuisine, hotel catering and fine dining, corporate catering and café dining, menu planning and costing, kitchen operations and design. 


Scott and his wife Sandy have their own local catering business D'Caterer's.


Scott will provide recipes, show us how to prepare the dish, and pair it with Lost Oak Wines. 


APPETIZER: Spicy Crab Cake with Spicy Remoulade

SOUP: Sausage Gumbo

ENTRÉE: Chicken & Shrimp Creole with "Dirty" Rice and Stewed Okra, Corn, and Tomatoes.

Rathmore is Celtic Rock!  Since their highly anticipated debut in early 2017, Dallas-based Celtic rock band, Rathmore has quickly established themselves as a group that audiences of all ages can enjoy. The band’s contemporary take on traditional Celtic tunes is one of the many ways they create a family friendly soundscape, combining time honored music tradition with their original take on the genre.

Smokin' Cactus Food Truck will be serving up some delicious, southwestern cuisine. 

Lost Oak will be selling Gourmet cheeseboards and Boar's Head Products in the Tasting Room.  Bring a lawn chair to relax with a glass of wine. As always, feel free to bring your own food and drink, but please, per TABC regulations no outside alcohol.
