Tasting Notes
The 2021 Orange Muscat has a delightfully faint straw color. Swirling in the glass reveals legs that cling forever to the glass. The intense aromas of candied tangerine, sweet almond, and delicate wildflowers washes over the senses. The flavor is of ripe peaches and honeycomb tempered with just the right amount of tart citrus on the finish.

Winemaker Notes
Orange Muscat is most commonly made into a sweet or dessert wine style, but it can be quite surprising when made dry. Sweet wine drinkers love it for the variety of flavors it offers while even dry wine drinkers can appreciate it for its smooth and easy-going profile.
This Orange Muscat was made using a stop ferment process. As the wine ferments, yeast consumes the sugars. The fermentation process was stopped before all the sugars were consumed, giving this wine a light fruity sweetness of natural grape sugar.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair with crab cakes with spicy aioli sauce, Korean barbecue, pulled pork sliders, boudin stuffed bell peppers, or grilled mango with chili powder.

The Best Muscat ever! I have been a club member for 10+ years, have purchased this by the case (we like spicy foods made with Jalapeños and/or Serrano’s) and this wine goes well!
